Construction Coordinator

Tim joins the Contender team as Construction Coordinator, a role dedicated to overseeing infrastructure projects are delivered in accordance with scheduled timelines and project specifications. His experience as a trusted leader managing projects and ensuring they are completed on budget, provides him with the skills needed to focus on the integral coordination between general contracting, civil engineering and the numerous details each project entails including road improvements, construction of amenities and adherence to lot takedowns. Tim prides himself on his ability to build vendor and contractor relationships as evidenced by his previous role as an onsite project supervisor for Nash Homes.

Prior to joining Contender, Tim has held various management positions in the culinary field for over 20 years. A native of Greenville, South Carolina, Tim has extensive knowledge of the Upstate as well as land management and development.
