Public Storage – Greenville, SC: A three-story, approximately 640-unit, fully temperature-controlled facility delivering nearly 60,000 rentable square feet along the Augusta Road / Mauldin Road corridor, scheduled for completion in 2025.

Public Storage – Duncan, SC: A ground-up development featuring approximately 952 climate-controlled units, designed to serve a fast-growing suburban and industrial corridor in Spartanburg County.
Additional projects include adaptive reuse and expansion of existing facilities, such as the renovation of a property in Anderson, South Carolina that delivered approximately 562 modern storage units to the market. Across both new construction and redevelopment, Streams focuses on right-sized unit mixes and layouts driven by real market demand.
