Allison Tucker

Allison Tucker serves as Division President of Infrastructure at Contender America, bringing over 20 years of leadership in land development and infrastructure management across the Carolinas and the Southeast. Based in Greenville, South Carolina, Allison is charged with driving Contender’s mission to build innovative, high-quality communities by overseeing all aspects of the company’s land development and infrastructure strategy.
In her role, Allison leads a talented team responsible for every stage of the development lifecycle—from site acquisition and permitting, to construction and community handover. She is committed to upholding the highest standards in financial and operational excellence, compliance, sustainability, and stakeholder collaboration.
Before joining Contender America, Allison was Division Vice President of Land for DRB Group South Carolina, where she managed land acquisitions, development, entitlements, and budgeting for the division. Her career also includes various land development positions with Meritage Homes, Pulte Group, and Lennar Carolina, where she managed a diverse portfolio of urban, suburban, and master-planned communities.
