Exciting Progress on Residence Inn, Volusia County's Newest Hotel!

Oceanfront views and extended-stay luxury are taking shape as Contender America advances their newest Marriott property in Volusia County. The Residence Inn by Marriott Ormond Beach, a 137-room five-story resort at 251 S. Atlantic Ave., nears 70% completion with a July 2026 opening, featuring an elevated pool, fitness center, and complimentary breakfast.
