Thomas Phillips

Thomas is an attorney and real estate broker who began his career as a law clerk to the Honorable William H. Seals, Jr. of the South Carolina Circuit Court. Transitioning to private practice, he excelled in defending businesses and litigating injury claims on behalf of individuals. Recognizing the opportunity to leverage his legal acumen in the real estate and corporate sectors, Thomas joined Contender as Chief of Staff and Senior Legal Counsel where he works closely with the CEO & Co-Chairman to oversee daily operations across departments and contribute to the strategic growth of the company.
