Originally from Colombia, South America, Sandra relocated to Rhode Island, then finding a permanent home in the Greenville area in 2002.
After acquiring her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Webster University, Greenville, she entered the financial arena where she spent 20+ years in the consumer and commercial real estate sector focusing on real estate lending, laws, regulations and standards. Sandra’s additional experience as a mortgage originator and real estate paralegal provides her with a broad scope of expertise in land development. Her leadership, communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, are advantageous to her role at Contender.
As a Junior Land Director, her passion to contribute to the development of local communities and fulfilling homeownership dreams is personified through the many varied projects she oversees.
