Anthony joined Contender America’s Raleigh office as a Land Coordinator with 15+ years of experience as a project manager and construction professional. Anthony prides himself on his expertise in the areas of acquisitions, project management, coordination of residential and commercial construction projects, delivering projects on time and on budget, and overseeing the daily progress of master planned communities.
After graduating from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Anthony gained much experience through collaborating with construction professionals and brokers, to manage elaborate investment portfolios in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Later, he moved into acquisitions, entitlements, and management of raw land across central North Carolina. He is focused on property transactions, easement negotiations, and right-of-way agreements while working closely with engineers, town officials, and environmental consultants to ensure a streamlined process for project development.
