The Ormond Beach Residence Inn groundbreaking ceremony was held earlier this summer and was well attended by local officials and Contender team members. Signifying another successful collaboration with our industry partners Marriott Hotels and DR Horton, this 137 key hotel is located on the white sand beaches of Ormond Beach, Florida. With easy access to the beach, public transportation and the downtown amenities, the Ormond Beach Residence Inn will be a welcome stop for both leisure and business travelers. Opening in May 2026!
