From the Mountains to the Coast Infrastructure Projects in North Carolina

Contender America infrastructure projects in the state of North Carolina encompass approximately 9,000 lots in 6 different counties — Brunswick, Forsyth, Franklin, Johnston, Lee and Pitt.

Located in Sanford, and currently under construction, are Ashby Village and Midtown Village. Ashby Village’s 353 lots and Midtown Village’s 727 bring over 1,000 lots to Sanford. We anticipate lot deliveries to DR Horton in 2025 at Ashby Village, and to Lennar Homes at Midtown Village in 2026. Both subdivisions offer single-family and townhome lots. An additional 1,330 lots are in the pipeline for Sanford in various stages of development.

Spanning from the mountains to the coast, projects are also planned in Bolivia, Greenville, Smithfield, Winston-Salem and Youngsville.
