Contender Development Unveils Midway Landing a Landmark Coastal Community in Bolivia, NC

Greenville, SC | January 08, 2025 - Contender Development, one of the largest land developers in South Carolina, is proud to announce the acquisition of a 1,500+ acre site in Bolivia, North Carolina for its newest and largest master-planned community to date, Midway Landing.


Located just south of Wilmington and a mere 6 minutes from the pristine beaches of Oak Island, Midway Landing will be a coastal-themed master-planned community. With an approved preliminary plat, Contender Development is set to begin delivering homesites in 2026.
