Erin is a Michigan native who relocated to the Greenville area in 2015. As a vital part of Contender’s legal department, she brings with her 23 years of experience as a paralegal, 10 of which focused on real estate development. Her diversified knowledge spans retail, QSR, multi-family, industrial/cold storage, commercial, entertainment and hospitality asset classes. Erin’s expertise in contract negotiations, due diligence, land and loan closings, sales, and other fundamental skills has given her a wide array of experience in the many facets of land development. Her exceptional attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and skillful multitasking are a valuable asset to the Contender team. She enjoys a challenge and seeing a project through to completion. In her free time, Erin and her son enjoy hiking, traveling, boating, and spending time with family.
